Big Game Specialties takes the work out of preparing your harvest. They operate on a simple principle: you get 100% of your meat back—no mixing with other hunters' game, no shortcuts.
Note: Pepperoni and salami processing means you won't get your own meat back—it's blended for flavor consistency.

The shop is located at the back of the property. Pull in the right side of the half-circle driveway (watch for the tractor and wagon wheels), stay right of the house, go through the gate, and follow the gravel drive to the shop.

Hunters in units 1, 14, 18, 23, 24, 32A, and 63A: Idaho Fish and Game requires mandatory testing for CWD. Contact them at 208-334-3700 for updates. Always cover your game in transit.
During Idaho general seasons, customers who bring in game for processing are automatically entered into drawings for $50 Cabela's gift cards—drawings held on the 15th and 30th of each month.
