They fish these waters in their downtime and tailor each trip to what guests want—whether that's learning fundamentals or chasing trophy fish on technical water. Notable guides include Tatum Minor (lifetime Wood River Valley resident who fished during school lunch periods), Mark Belanger (fly-fishing and big game guide for 10+ years), Jeremy Silvis (guiding since 2005, teaches at Wood River Middle School), and others with roots in Minnesota, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania who came for the fishing and stayed.
