Matthew Howell (Co-Owner) comes from Georgia hunting stock—his father owned a bow shop, and Howell grew up chasing whitetails and waterfowl. He's focused on delivering "the experience"—the food, the laughs, the friendships, and that moment everything comes together.

Wesley McNelley (Co-Owner) was a loyal client for years before becoming a partner. He landed his biggest bucks on this property and liked it so much he bought in. He's committed to making IBO the best monster whitetail hunts Illinois has to offer.
