Full description and what we offer

Gander Hill Goose Club operates across 2,500 acres of Southern Illinois waterfowl country, positioned adjacent to a 1,250-acre state waterfowl rest area. That location matters—it's in the South Central Duck and Goose Zone where concentrations of birds are predictable and abundant.

Every day, their guides scout the surrounding territory. They're looking for where the birds are staging that morning—whether it's flooded fields of milo and corn, reclaimed strip mines, or deep water lakes. You don't book a hunt hoping to find birds. You book knowing the guides already found them.

  • Dedicated professional guide (one per group)
  • Heated blinds and pits for comfort in cold conditions
  • Large decoy spreads to attract birds effectively
  • Transportation in the field
  • $150 per person for a full day

All guides are local with lifetime waterfowl knowledge. They're expert callers and work the birds with precision.
