The property combines natural fields with strategic plantings of wildlife feed and cover, creating strong populations of resident game birds alongside released stock.
This is a private membership club, but access is available through several paths:
Guided Hunts - Pheasant hunts - Chukar hunts - Wild turkey hunts (traditional blind-and-call style in wooded areas) - Duck and goose hunts - Hunts can combine multiple bird types to customize your experience
Public Access - Sporting clays course open to the public - No membership required
Introductory Packages - One-time-only guided hunts for first-timers - 10-bird pheasant minimum: $25 per person + $30 guide fee + $2 per bird cleaning - All introductory hunts include birds, guide, dog, and cleaning on a "fair shot" basis (guaranteed ample opportunity to bag the stated birds)

Upland hunts cross varied terrain—from open meadows to wooded thickets and fence rows. Wild turkey hunts are traditional style, with hunters in a blind while guides call birds within range.
