They focus on whitetail and turkey hunting across southeast Iowa's Zone 6 and Missouri properties—multiple farms totaling over 8,500 private acres mixed with bottoms, rolling hills, alfalfa, soybeans, corn, and timber.

Whitetail Deer - Access to 8,500+ acres of prime habitat - Bucks harvested in the 130s-190s B&C range - Some exceed 300 pounds body weight - Strategically placed lock-ons, ladder stands, ground blinds, and shooting houses in known hotspots - Bring your own stand if preferred

Turkey - Iowa farms hold abundant turkeys—multiple birds roosting nightly is typical - Gobblers average 25-28 pounds with 1.25-1.5 inch spurs - Beards commonly exceed 10 inches
