Located in the basement of 300 S 13th Street in Fort Dodge, the Rifle and Pistol Club of Fort Dodge operates a well-maintained indoor shooting range exclusively for dues-paying members. The club is incorporated under Iowa law and maintains a strong commitment to firearm safety, marksmanship, and community engagement.
The indoor range features ten firing stations positioned at 50 feet, designed specifically for rifle and pistol shooting in a controlled environment. Members benefit from a clean, organized facility with proper ventilation and lighting systems.

Prospective members can attend monthly meetings held on the second Thursday of each month at approximately 6:00 PM, or arrange a private orientation with a board member at the range. The joining process includes completing a membership form, signing a waiver, and receiving a comprehensive club orientation covering all rules and range procedures.
All members must possess a valid annual permit to purchase or permit to carry issued by their local sheriff's department. This permit must be presented to the club Quartermaster when purchasing firearms or ammunition from the Club Store.
