LMT Advanced Technologies (AT) is the cutting-edge division of Lewis Machine & Tool Company, a 40+ year pioneer in firearms manufacturing. Founded in 2020 by Karl Lewis to pursue innovative suppressor and tactical solutions, LMT AT started with a specific challenge: developing a belt-fed machine gun suppressor for the US Government. That project became the LINK30—and eventually evolved into the ION series.
They're shooters first. The leadership team includes veterans, hunters, and operators who understand what reliability means. Everything manufactured in Eldridge, Iowa is 100% USA-made—no outsourcing.
Military-Grade Testing Standards
LMT AT doesn't just build suppressors—they validate them against: - Military Standard 1474E - AEP-4785 VOL 1 protocols - NATO compliance specifications
"Nothing leaves the factory without meeting those standards."
They've invested tens of thousands of rounds and hundreds of hours testing because they had to prove it works under extreme conditions. That same rigor applies to their commercial product line.
Their flagship suppressor line is modular, full-auto rated, and engineered for low back pressure. Built to the same quality and rugged durability standards LMT Defense is known for—which means it won't fail when it matters.
LMT AT is deliberately sized to handle large military and government contracts while staying agile enough to iterate quickly on new designs. They run as a "feedback factory," meaning they actively solicit input from: - Trusted employees - Military and law enforcement partners - Commercial dealer network - End users
Product improvements get validated and implemented fast. They're not slow-moving—they move at high speed on development when the right feedback comes in.
Built for the Harshest Conditions Whether you're a new owner or experienced operator, LMT AT products are engineered to work the first time and last a long time.
