Sandhill Flyway runs all-inclusive guided waterfowl hunts from Hutchinson, Kansas. Founded by Bobby Guy—a 20-year waterfowl hunting veteran and content creator—the operation combines serious field experience with a focus on client comfort.

Bobby Guy (Founder & Guide) built Sandhill Flyway after two decades perfecting waterfowl hunting technique. He's known in the industry for his pursuit of lesser Canada geese and ducks, and maintains a YouTube channel documenting waterfowl hunting heritage.

Gerald Jeffries (Co-Founder & Guide) brings 15+ years of central Kansas waterfowl guiding. His specialty is snow geese and calling specks—a refined skill he's honed over years in the field.

Aaron Pospisil (Guide) started guiding 18 years ago in Iowa before joining the Kansas operation. He specializes in snow goose and lesser/speck calling with extensive field experience.

Robert Eldemire (Executive Chef) handles all meals on-site. Self-taught from family hunting lodge cooking, he believes good food builds camaraderie and elevates the hunting camp experience.
