Full description and what we offer
Ranch Country Waterfowl operates a family-owned hunting operation established in 2019, built on 20+ years of successful deer and turkey guiding experience. Matt Nelson runs the outfit with family and close friends, focused on creating hunts that people actually remember and friendships that last.
The ranch spans over 10,000 acres across two counties in Southeast Kansas, between Fall River and Toronto lakes. You'll find 80+ watersheds, ponds, crop fields, and creeks—the infrastructure that makes for serious waterfowl habitat.
All hunts are private parties only—they don't mix groups in blinds or lodges. The idea is simple: you come to shoot birds and actually relax with your crew.
| Hunt Type | Duration | Cost | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waterfowl | 3 days | $1,950/person | Lodging, dinners, guide, most gear |
