Full description and what to expect
This course is from 6:00pm – 7:30pm This class is a ladies only basic introduction to firearms safety, gun handling skills and the fundamentals of pistol shooting. Ladies are encouraged to invite sisters, daughters and girlfriends as this class is designed to be a fun and empowering experience. Even though there is no shooting involved in this class, students are encouraged to bring a handgun with them as the instructor will be sure to answer any questions about specific handguns and also have the students demonstrate safe gun handling skills using UNLOADED firearms. Each student will receive a $15 voucher good towards a firearm rental or a range fee. This course is the prerequisite to Ladies Basic Introduction to Handgun Shooting, a fee-based class which begins with a safety briefing and quickly moves out to the range for live fire. *NO LIVE AMMUNITION IS ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM*
