NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO) Training
Becoming an NRA certified instructor is hard work, but very rewarding. Take part in an elite group that wants to share their skills with others. If you have firearms experience or are willing to put in the time to gain that experience, FTAC can make it happen. Greg Rupp is a NRA Training Counselor certified to teach all of our instructor disciplines.
Safety is our number one concern. (and it should be yours, as well)
All training and shooting is held on private property, away from distractions. Classes are small with no other shooters present. Address and directions will be provided prior to class date.

Kansas Driver's License or ID card. Guns and ammo (if available). Hearing and eye protection (if available) Beverages (no alcohol) Appropriate clothing for forecasted weather conditions (any shooting will be outdoors).
Bottled water and snacks will be provided. Firearms, ammo, and personal protective equipment can be provided for students who don't have their own.
Please Note:
There are prerequisites for instructor courses. Please contact us for details. No children, pets, or guests of any kind are allowed during class. Students only. Laws are strict and complicated as to who may legally handle firearms. If there are any felonies or domestic misdemeanors in yours past, please contact me ahead of time to discuss.
