Full description and what we offer
Rock'n B Guide Service opened in 2024 after decades of duck hunting together. The founders wanted to share their passion for Southwest Louisiana waterfowl hunting with both experienced hunters and newcomers—treating everyone like family and building memories in the process.
Their farms sit in prime waterfowl habitat south of Jennings, near Lake Arthur and Klondike. The mix of rice, soybeans, and set-aside fields keeps birds in the area longer.
"There's nothing like sitting in the duck blind with your buddies before dawn and listening to the sounds of quacks, wings whistling overhead, and the splash of birds landing."
Guides drive you via SXS right to your blind—no long walks or difficult terrain. Very easy access for everyone.
They love early teal season. These little rockets come in fast and low, in small and large groups, giving you seconds to react. You'll hunt brushed A-frame blinds (set up beforehand to avoid mosquitos in the pits). Bring plenty of shells and get ready for fast, furious action.
The main season focuses on species like Gadwall, Blue and Green Wing Teal, Scaup, Shoveler, Wigeon, Pintail, Ringneck, Redhead, and occasional Mallards and Canvasbacks. They also target Specklebelly and Snow Geese. Hunts run from pit blinds in rice or set-aside fields.
Guides work hard to position birds for solid shooting opportunities. The focus is on action, comraderie, putting birds on your strap, and making lifelong friends. They emphasize the heritage and traditions of Louisiana waterfowl hunting while keeping things fun and results-focused.
