Black Stream Outfitters operates year-round guided trips for anglers and hunters across Maine, from coastal Penobscot Bay to remote Northern Maine backcountry. Led by Captain Jared Hughes, a seasoned local with years of field and water experience, each trip is built around what you want to catch or hunt—and the skill level you bring to it.
Half-day and 6-hour guided trips departing from Blue Hill Harbor. Target striped bass in coastal Maine waters during peak season (June–September). Trips run morning or afternoon with all rods, reels, bait, and tackle provided. Cold drinks and fish cleaning included. $550 per trip.
Full-day private charters departing at 9:00 AM for 8-hour offshore trips. Targets groundfish in Atlantic waters. Groups up to 4 anglers. All fishing gear, cooler of drinks, and fish cleaning included. Most productive in spring and fall. $1,200 per group.
Private 4–6 hour lake trips in Central Maine waters including Great Pond, Messalonskee Lake, Webber Pond, Branch Lake, Green Lake, Phillips Lake, and Brewer.
