Bear Lane Guide Service was established in 1990 by master guide Frank Perkowsky and has built a reputation as one of Maine's most reliable black bear outfitters. What started in the Patten area expanded to their current base in Wesley, where they run hunts across prime Maine wilderness locations.

They specialize in two methods: - Bait hunts - Using strategically placed bait sites equipped with trail cameras - Hound hunts - Traditional pursuit hunting with trained hound packs

Every bait site has cameras to monitor activity, and their guides provide expert advice on scent control and movement to maximize your success.
