Roger Lambert started guiding mountain trips in 1962 at age 15. Forty-five years later, he still runs Maine Guide & Outfitter Services with the same intensity. He's a Life Member of the Maine Professional Guides Association and a Master Maine Guide specializing in moose.
They don't road hunt. They set up remote canvas wall tent camps in the mountains of western Maine each October and hunt on foot in the high peaks region. The focus is trophy moose—specifically Boone & Crockett class bulls.
