Memory Makers Guide Service

Memory Makers Guide Service offers hunts for eiders, old squaws, white wing, surf, and black scoters in Saco Bay and Casco Bay. Captain Tom Smarrella has been hunting sea ducks since the early 2000s and prioritizes safety and client comfort above all else.

• •Duckwater Bluewater 25 - A stable hunting platform that accommodates four to five hunters plus your guide. Tom handles all navigation and area knowledge; you handle safe gun handling.

• •12ga or 10ga shotgun (3" or 3.5" loads)
• •#2 shot or larger (steel shot)
• •Full choke or extended range choke
• •Waterproof warm clothes, two pairs of gloves
• •Maine hunting license ($50), state stamp ($7.50), federal stamp if needed ($25)
