Full description and what to expect
The Spring Trap League runs April 7th at Ipswich Fish & Game Association—a chance to shoot trap and skeet in a league format where you're competing against your own scores across the season, not just one-off days. Trap and skeet demand different things: trap teaches sustained lead and follow-through as targets move away from you, while skeet breaks crossing targets from two houses, forcing you to adjust your timing and sight picture constantly.
League shooting rewards consistency. You'll shoot the same course repeatedly through the spring, so your scores stack up and you can actually track improvement week to week. It's how serious trap shooters build skills and measure themselves.
