Full description and what we offer
Big Buck Leasing operates Michigan's hunting lease marketplace, removing the friction from finding and securing private hunting property. Instead of cold-calling landowners or hoping someone knows someone, hunters browse available leases, submit offers, and close deals through a single platform. Landowners list properties and handle inquiries through agents.
Members choose between long-term leases or short-term hunts:
- •Long-Term Leases - Full-season access to private property in counties across Michigan including Tuscola, Lapeer, Sanilac, Macomb, Antrim, Genesee, St. Clair, Kalkaska, and more. Prices range from $1,000 to $6,000+ depending on acreage and location.
- •Hunt Properties - 1-7 day leases perfect for testing new areas or fitting hunts around work schedules. These short-term properties cost $400-$500 and book quickly during prime seasons.

Hunt properties feature newer, well-maintained blinds with adequate space for multiple hunters. Recent member experience: "The blinds were newer, clean and enough space for both of us. It was easy to get to and well positioned in the field." Members report consistent deer sightings—one party saw 20+ deer on multiple outings.
Each blind allows one weapon per hunter, plus one unarmed guest who must be listed on the hunt agreement.
