Bench Rest Rifle Club of St. Louis

Bench Rest Rifle Club operates a dedicated facility for shooters serious about accuracy and safety. Located in Wright City at 2280 Kohn Road, the club maintains multiple ranges specifically designed for precision rifle work from 300 yards out to 1,200 yards.

Range Access & Membership

The club is member-supported, which means your membership fees directly fund range operations and maintenance. Members can use the facility during non-competition hours. Joining requires a live fire safety evaluation—either with a current member or a range safety officer—to confirm you can handle firearms responsibly.

Membership costs: - $50 non-refundable deposit (applied to initiation fee) - $500 one-time initiation fee - $300 initial membership dues - Background check required (local law enforcement or Missouri State Highway Patrol MACHS)

Training Programs

Eye and ear protection are required at all times during live fire.

The club enforces universal firearm safety rules: - Treat all firearms as loaded - Keep firearms pointed in safe directions - Keep finger off trigger until on target and ready to shoot - Know your target and what's beyond it

All members complete a mandatory safety orientation class before full access is granted.
