Strategos International—operating as Peacekeepers Training—has trained more than 600,000 professionals since 2002. They work with schools, churches, corporate offices, healthcare facilities, law enforcement, and military organizations to build response capabilities around active threats, workplace violence, and crisis management.
Strategos handles three distinct phases for every client: prevention (stopping threats before they happen), response (what to do when a crisis is occurring), and post-incident (recovery and lessons learned).
Their service model is straightforward: identify your organization's core mission and culture, then recommend training and protection solutions that strengthen—not compromise—how you operate.
They bring instructors to your location. Courses include:
- •1-hour Workplace Violence Active Shooter Response for general employees
- •2-hour Active Shooter Prevention & Response for managers and supervisors
- •Conflict Management & De-Escalation (ranging from 2 to 8 hours depending on role)
- •High-Risk Terminations (leading practices)
- •Behavior Risk Assessments (introduction level)

Studies show in-person training works best for information retention, demonstrations, and Q&A. Strategos can scale to train hundreds of participants daily across multiple facilities simultaneously.

- •3-hour PREVAIL!™ Active Shooter Preparedness for managers and supervisors
