Founder John E. Damarin started Pro-Shot with one problem to solve: a friend got a plastic patch holder stuck in his gun bore during a match. After heating the gun over a stove to remove it, Damarin's father said: "Son, we can make gun cleaning accessories better than that." What began in a small one-car garage in Taylorville, Illinois became the industry benchmark.

Today, Diana Damarin and son John continue the family legacy with a fourth generation now contributing to the company. That garage startup is now a major supplier to retailers across North America and the globe.
