Full description and what to expect
This is a rimfire match run by Range Safety Officers only—a straightforward .22 LR competition at USI Multi Purpose Range. Rimfire matches are cheap to shoot and let you practice accuracy and speed without the cost of centerfire ammo, making them solid prep for bigger matches or just a good way to spend a Saturday morning.
Shows up at 9 a.m. on October 6th. You'll run your .22 rifle or pistol through whatever stages the RSOs set up that day. Typical format is multiple strings of fire at different distances and targets, scored on accuracy and time. Good entry point if you've never competed before.
