Location details and information

Game Creek Hunting Farms started in 1983 when John and Cheryl DiGregorio decided Salem County needed land dedicated exclusively to hunting. John grew up hunting wild pheasant and quail on family farms with his Brittany Spaniel, Duchess. That experience shaped what Game Creek became—a place where hunters actually want to spend their time.

Located at 1013 Kings Hwy, Woodstown, NJ 08098, the farm operates Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. They're closed Sundays and Mondays except on holidays.

Game Creek offers two hunt formats:

  • Half-Day Hunts (your choice: morning 8:30 AM–12:00 noon or afternoon 1:00 PM–4:30 PM)
Hunt TypePer HunterBird Stocking
Standard Hunt$1753 pheasants, 4 chukar, 8 quail (min. 2 hunters)
Wingshooter Special$2305 pheasants, 7 chukar, 13 quail

Single hunters can only book the Wingshooter Special, available weekdays only subject to availability.

Bring or get a New Jersey hunting license on-site ($12.50 for single-day special license). Hunters under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age on guided hunts is 12. Fluorescent orange of at least 200 square inches is required by law.

If you want more than the stocked birds, add extras:

  • Pheasant: $32.50 each (minimum 10 per hunt)
  • Chukar: $24 each (minimum 14 per hunt)
  • Quail: $14.25 each (minimum 24 per hunt)

Guide and dog service runs $80 for a half-day (gratuity not included).

They'll clean your birds for $3.75 per pheasant, $2.50 per chukar, or $1.25 per quail.

Members get unlimited hunts for parties up to four hunters. Your membership includes:

  • Unlimited half-day hunts
  • Guide service discounts (still $80/half-day, but members save on bird stocking)
  • Dog conditioning grounds available August and September
  • Discounted bird cleaning
  • Bird stocking at member rates:
  • Pheasant: $32 (minimum 10)
  • Chukar: $24 (minimum 14)

These are high-flying events where 150–250 pheasants get released during a half-day shoot from blinds. It mimics European driven shooting. You pick your dates Saturday through March (they book fast), or consider a fall shoot.

  • Upcoming Event: Cabin Fever Continental Pheasant Shoot and Game Dinner on 1.17.26 — $350 per gun. Includes a hot buffet dinner at the clubhouse.

These work great for groups. Call 856-769-0035 to reserve your blind.

The Hunter's Cabin sleeps up to 4 people at $175/night. Request your stay when booking your hunt.

Over four decades, Game Creek has built a reputation as a place where hunters become regulars—then friends. The DiGregorio family and their staff aim for a "down home, relaxing atmosphere" whether you're 16 or 70. They listen to what hunters need and adjust accordingly.

"We have listened and learned from our customers over the past 40+ hunting seasons and hope to continue to do so bringing you many more hunts. Hunts you will remember for a lifetime."
