Bow & Arrow Brewing Co. sits in the Rio Grande Valley along the Sandia Mountain Range in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 15-barrel brewery earned 2024 James Beard Foundation semifinalist status in the Outstanding Bar category—recognizing consistent excellence in drink curation, atmosphere, hospitality, and community contribution.
The brewery explores the vast frontier of the American Southwest by integrating regional ingredients into every brew. Their core values center on community, cultural heritage, appreciation of land, and uncompromising quality standards.
Funksloth exemplifies this approach—a foeder-aged farmhouse ale brewed entirely with regionally-sourced ingredients: - Hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm - Barley from Proximity Malt and Troubadour Maltings - Wild yeast cultivated from their onsite peach tree and local lavender fields - ABV 6.3%, featuring peach skin, apricot, pineapple, and balanced acidity
