US2A Training Associates started in 2018 with a straightforward mission: deliver NRA-certified firearms training to civilians in Western NY and Central Florida.

Matt Rossney (Owner/General Manager) holds NRA Instructor, Training Counselor, and Chief Range Safety Officer credentials. Handles scheduling and operations.

Mike Czora (Operations Manager) manages range operations and brings hunting and conservation experience. NRA Certified Instructor and Range Safety Officer.

Shawn Cunningham oversees competition-focused instruction—skeet, trap, long-range rifle, and tactical pistol. NRA Instructor and Range Safety Officer, plus active in Second Amendment advocacy.
