Whaleback manages 600 acres with environmental consciousness, planting organic food cover crops annually with grasses, sorghum, millet, and reed canary grass. Fields are professionally maintained and assessed yearly by owners with member input. The property transitions through different hunting seasons naturally—summer for dog training, fall for driven pheasants and wild game.
Whaleback is a member of NAGA (North American Gamebird Association) and focuses on mature, quality gamebirds rather than quantity stocking.
