Full description and what we offer
Wild West Trophy Hunts operates a private hunting preserve in Chenango County near West Edmeston. Owners Cody and Cindy Mikalunas focus on personalized hunts rather than volume—when you book, you're the only hunters on the property for your dates.
Trophy Animals: - Red Stags - Fallow Bucks - Buffalo - Rams
Hunts run September 1st through March 31st. No doe hunts available for the current season.
Every hunt is fully guided with Cody as your guide. They handle the logistics so you can focus on the experience. Once you wound an animal, it's yours—no passing it to another hunter.
"Personalizing your hunt is our specialty. Whether it's physical or medical needs, or you want to propose to your girlfriend (yes, that's happened here), we make it work."
Wild West actively accommodates: - Wounded veterans - they'll modify hunts to meet physical needs - Terminally ill children - part of their mission - Disabled hunters - fully welcome and accommodated - Youth hunters - incentive pricing to keep the tradition alive
They've been established long enough to have a reputation—this isn't a new operation. They know what they're doing and take pride in making each hunt personal.
