Iroquois Rod and Gun Club has been promoting safe participation in firearms, archery, and shooting sports for nearly a century. Located in Rotterdam, NY (just outside Schenectady), the club operates dedicated ranges for multiple disciplines with structured programs and seasonal competitions.
- •Indoor Range: .22 caliber rifles only, pistol shooting
- •Outdoor Pistol Range: Members only (NYS pistol permit required)
- •Rifle Range: .22 caliber on dedicated range; larger calibers through blockhouse
- •Trap & Skeet: Friday evening shoots resume seasonally
- •Archery: Dedicated archery ranges, Lost Arrow League competition

Valid NYS pistol permit required to shoot any handgun on club property. All ammo restrictions strictly enforced on all ranges.
The club maintains strict safety protocols. No rifles larger than .22 caliber on the indoor range. No 5.7x28 or .22 TCM ammo allowed. All outdoor ranges closed seasonally except trap and archery. Members must sign in using door card numbers before shooting.
