Crescent Taxidermy is based in Kannapolis and run by Miranda, who started her taxidermy journey in the Rocky Mountains before relocating to North Carolina. She completed formal training at Surry Community College, which equipped her to work with any North American game animal from small game to life-size installations.

Drop-Off & Requirements - Friday through Sunday drop-off (call ahead) - 50% non-refundable deposit required - NC Wildlife Resources tag number required for all big game (state harvest reporting mandatory) - Hunter's license number needed for migratory birds

Track Your Order Miranda maintains an online order progress system broken out by species. Use your work order item number to check whether your mount is finished, in final mounting stage, being tanned, or in freezer storage.
