Fourth Generation Outfitters has been guiding waterfowl hunts across Northeast North Carolina for over four decades. The family operation specializes in ducks, geese, and sea ducks across multiple water systems including Currituck Sound, Coinjock Bay, the North River, Virginia's Lower James River, Back Bay, and Lower Chesapeake Bay.
North Carolina Hunts - October early season: puddle ducks (mallards, pintails, teal, wood ducks) - November–January regular season: mix of puddle ducks and divers - September teal season: east of Highway 17 - Swan hunts, snow goose hunts, Canada goose hunts available - NC bear hunts also offered
Virginia Hunts - Diver duck hunts (canvasbacks, bluebills, redheads, buffleheads) - Sea duck hunts (bring #1 or BB shot) - Sunday hunting allowed, extending weekend season availability - Out-of-state license ~$100 via gooutdoorsvrginia.com
All hunts end at 1:00 PM, leaving afternoons for scouting the next day's spots.
