Waterfall Preserve operates a 200+ acre commercial hunting preserve in Olin, NC (Northern Iredell County), specializing in bob-white quail, chukar, and pheasant hunts. Wild quail populations in North Carolina have declined significantly, making a managed preserve the best option for consistent upland bird hunting.
