SWR Big Game Hunts operates an 800-acre high-fence ranch in Tolley, North Dakota with a simple track record: 100% success rate over 25 years. The terrain mixes rolling hills, tree breaks, and open plains—exactly what elk and bison need to mature into trophy animals.
Bull elk are priced by score class. Cow hunts run $2,500 (no lodging). Trophy bulls scale from $6,250 (up to 325") through $13,000+ (421+"), with two nights lodging included on all bull hunts.

Three tiers depending on what you're after. Cow hunts (850-1000 lbs) at $4,500. Trophy bulls (1150-1500 lbs) at $5,500. World-class bulls (1600-2000+ lbs, 5-10 years old) at $7,000.
Bison meat is significantly leaner and lower in cholesterol than beef or poultry—many clients come back specifically for the meat quality.

No state license required to hunt in North Dakota. You'll receive a transport permit for your animal. Bring binoculars, camera, and 2-3 150-quart wet coolers for meat. Talk to your guide beforehand about gear—autumn weather in North Dakota requires solid preparation.
