The land sits in Waterfall zone 1—prime territory during the fall migration.
Hunting Access - Unguided hunts across 3,000 private acres - Comprehensive orientation tour (typically 2 hours) to all major hunting spots - Duck and goose hunting with abundant quality field food - Bonus pheasant and grouse hunting on the same land
