The League of Ohio Sportsmen operates across Ohio through five districts—Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest—mirroring the Ohio Division of Wildlife structure. Each district has a Vice President and two Directors working directly with member clubs and individuals.
Membership tiers: - Voting board members through three paths: elected officers/district directors, appointed committee chairs, or club-appointed directors - Member clubs each send two delegates plus their director to the Annual Meeting & Convention (typically February) - Board meetings held monthly, usually the third Saturday at headquarters or at member club locations

The League's volunteer board represents the full range of Ohio outdoors—anglers, hunters, trappers, boaters, campers, hikers, divers, conservationists, environmentalists, birdwatchers, and farmers. Current leadership includes:
