•Media Blasting - For restoration work and heavy surface rust. Creates an etched surface for maximum coating adhesion. The cleaner the surface, the longer the coating lasts.

•Chemical Pretreatment - ColorFast uses a single-stage phosphating process (waterless) or 5-stage zirconium for high-volume work. Both remove rust and prime all surfaces, preventing rust even in masked areas.

•Pyrolysis Stripping - Controlled thermal decomposition oven strips paint and extends tooling life. Environmentally friendly alternative to harsh chemicals. Restores parts to bare metal.
