Full description and what we offer
Mudcrab Milsim hosts Crabistan, a non-stop airsoft event that runs October 10-12, 2025 at D-Day Adventure Park in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. This isn't a typical airsoft game—it's a sandbox-style mil-sim where your actions actually influence the overall story direction.
Crabistan offers multiple faction paths, each with different commitment levels:
- •Military Factions - Work with your unit to defend your country. You'll operate out of patrol bases, run missions, enforce laws, and maintain economic zones. Expect military-style camping (1-3 man tents only, half-shelters, bivouac), chain of command structure, and challenging objectives.
- •Civilian Factions - Complete freedom. Be a mercenary, trader, courier, smuggler, bounty hunter, or anything else you can create. Civilian camping has zero restrictions—bring your own tent, tables, stoves, whatever you need.
- •Unarmed Civilian - Focused on camping and roleplay. Reduced ticket price. You can't bring airsoft replicas, but you can purchase a "firearms license" in-game to arm yourself with real USD.
- •Tourist (New for 2025) - Play as a foreign national. Limited slots for balance.
Crabistan exists in an alternate 1990s timeline where the Soviet Union never collapsed. The story plays out over three years of player-driven events. Year One saw US Green Berets thwart Soviet occupation, triggering internal rivalries. Year Two brought a player-voted secession that created the new nation of Crabrak. Year Three (Spring 1993) finds Crabistan and Crabrak locked in border conflict with reports of chemical attacks and insurgent activity.
The region's cultures are inspired by the Middle East, Caucasus states, and Cold War Eastern Europe.
- •Uniform Requirements - Pre-2001 camouflage patterns only (Multicam and modern camo are banned). Specific faction uniforms:
- •Crabistan National Army: Green-based pre-2001 camo, olive drab, or solid green
- •Crabrak Defense Force: Soviet-era pre-2001 camo patterns, khaki, brown, or tan-based pre-2001 patterns
- •Civilians: No camouflage on headgear, tops, or bottoms
Equipment (chest rigs, backpacks, holsters, slings) can be any color camo except red and yellow.
- •Mandatory Gear:
- •Tent/shelter (faction-specific guidelines)
- •Sleeping bag
- •ANSI Z87.1 eye protection (no mesh)
- •Canteen or water bottle (minimum 1-quart)
- •Flashlight + red dead rag + red dead light for night play
- •Uniform per faction rules
- •Extra socks (they emphasize keeping them dry)
- •Complete dry set of civilian clothes
- •Cold/wet weather gear
- •2+ trash bags per person
- •2 days of food and water
All gear is subject to inspection Friday night before gameplay starts.
Personal vehicles can drop off supplies Friday evening but must be off the field before gameplay. Limited gameplay vehicles are allowed—must be model year 2001 or earlier and pre-approved. You need your own liability/utility insurance.
Ticket prices increase every three months: - January 1: Early bird pricing - April 1: Regular pricing - July 1: Slowpoke pricing
Early registration helps their planning and locks in better rates.
Thematic Kit Bonus: Players wearing period-accurate pre-2001 uniforms get starting bonuses and entry into a special raffle.
It's genuinely player-driven. Your faction choice, your actions, your decisions matter. The story isn't predetermined—it's shaped by what players do. You're not just running through a scenario; you're writing it together over a full weekend of non-stop gameplay.
600 acres at D-Day Adventure Park gives real space for meaningful gameplay. No cramped field. Real patrol bases. Real supply logistics. Real consequences for your choices in-game.
