Full description and what we offer
Stack'd Outdoors started in 2016 with a simple philosophy: hunt small, hunt private, hunt where the ducks actually are. Owner and head guide Gabe Richison built this outfitter on the opposite of the typical model—no 20-hunter circus, no hunting the same blind every day, no sharing the lodge with strangers.
You get 4-6 hunters maximum per day. The entire trip is yours and yours alone.
Stack'd doesn't mess around when it comes to results. They hunt across 20,000+ acres of ponds, fields, and sheetwater, which means you're not grinding the same spot. Mostly Avian A-frames with a few permanent blinds. They bring Kite, a young retriever who pulled 331 ducks from December 14th through January 20th—so if you like watching a good dog work, that part is handled.
Kill Guarantee: If you don't kill a duck, you don't pay beyond your deposit. Gabe puts his money where his mouth is.
All you bring: gun, ammo, and waterproof boots. Everything else is covered.
The lodge is a renovated 1800s farmhouse (originally a wagon stop on the Chisolm Trail) that Stack'd completely rebuilt in 2018. New roof, siding, interior, kitchen, and cedar trim. Sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 TVs, 5 couches, a massive dining table, and a pool table. The walls are decorated with 24 duck mounts from Vance Montgomery at Vanmar Taxidermy.
| Hunt Type | Cost |

| Lodging (per person, per night) | $50 |
| 3-day hunt + 3 nights lodging | $850/person |

From first-time duck hunters to 70-year-old retired guides—the operation scales to skill level. Gabe and his guides keep people entertained the whole stay, and they're serious about making sure you leave with stories and memories, not regrets.
