Windmill Outfitters operates across prime hunting country in an area known for outstanding quail. Owner Keith Montgomery—a South Carolina native and 20-year Marine Corps veteran—built this outfitter on straightforward principles: professional guides, managed hunting ground, and a high success rate on limit-out hunts.
