Compass Paintball

The Compass operates as a paintball ministry at Faith Assembly of God in Summerville, South Carolina. Located behind the church on Farmington Road (near the football field and scoreboard), the facility runs both woodsball and speedball games with a focus on teaching leadership skills in a Christian environment.

• •Open to experienced players and complete beginners
• •Three Ministry Days per month (typically 1st, 2nd, and 4th Saturdays)
• •Regular hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• •Summer hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (June through August)
• •Field capacity: 40 players maximum
• •Players must be at least 8 years old and able to operate equipment independently

• •Maximum party size: 25 players per booking
• •Groups of 7+ require advance booking
• •Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
• •Non-refundable $50 deposit required within one week of booking
• •Available time slots during party hours: 8am–11am or 11am–2pm (summer)

The Compass runs both speedball and woodsball layouts, rotating field configurations to keep gameplay varied. They use a penalty card system to maintain fair play and enforce safety rules.

All players must be at least 8 years old, able to operate paintball equipment independently, and cannot be pregnant (for safety reasons).

• •Penalty Card system: Three infractions result in ejection from the field for the day
• •No new players accepted after 2:00 PM on open play days
• •All groups of 7+ must book in advance (walk-ons declined at staff discretion)

• •December runs on 1st, 2nd, and 5th Saturdays instead of the usual 1st, 2nd, and 4th.
