Ultimate Dance Nationals

Whether you’re here to compete, support, or celebrate, we guarantee this will be an experience like no other. Join us for a spectacular week of dance and fun in the sun!

Opening Number

The opening number is a dance choreographed and taught by Ultimate Dance Tour faculty members. The opening number itself “opens up” the ULTIMATE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWCASE. The opening number is an amazing opportunity for dancers to work with  choreographers from around the country and to meet and dance with other competitors from all around! Registered studios will receive information on their opening number spots.

Ultimate Champion Showcase

Throughout the week, group routines will be selected to re-compete for National Grand Champion! Each studio with group routines in the Performance, Competitive and Ultimate levels are eligible to compete in the ULTIMATE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWCASE. Group routines will be chosen using adjudicated scores. Who will be our next National Grand Champion?!

Ultimate Brunch Gala

Who can come: This party is for Teen/Senior dancers. Every dancer registered for our National Finals is invited to join in on the fun! What to expect: The Gala will feature a DJ, dancing and an ULTIMATE time! What to wear: Get ready to turn heads! It’s time to have some fun at this semi-formal dance bash! For safety we ask that shoes stay on for the evening so make sure you wear something comfortable to dance in!

Ultimate Glow Party

Who can come: This party is for Mini/Petite/Junior dancers. Every dancer registered for our National Finals is invited to join in on the fun! What to expect: The Glow Party will feature a DJ, dancing and fun activities for all! What to wear: Dress comfortable! Rock all white and vibrant neon shades to light up the dance floor as you groove, sing, and dive into fun-filled activities!

National Title Competition

Dancers must be pre-registered for the National Title Competition, however they do not have to qualify at a regional event. Title entries will not be taken at the door like at regionals. Dancers who are competing for title will have their solos scored during the general competition. All contestants in each age group and level (Performance, Competitive and Ultimate) will be re-introduced and crowned during the Title Crowning Ceremony which will take place following Opening Number and before the ULTIMATE CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWCASE. We will recognize 4 Runner Ups and one Winner in each age group and level.  Dancers should be in their solo costume for the crowning ceremony. If dancers have more than one solo registered for title then they can wear the solo costume of their choice. No competition jackets needed.
