Full description and what we offer
Chad Pollreisz's taxidermy business started with frustration. In 2000, after killing his first buck with a bow, he called every taxidermist in the phone book. Only two answered. The one he chose disappointed him completely. Rather than settle for subpar work, he taught himself.
In fall 2001, he took a formal taxidermy course. Before he got home, family and friends were already asking him to do their mounts. By 2010—after spending nearly every weekend working on mounts while holding down a full-time job—he made the move. He left a 19-year career to open his shop in January 2011.
