These aren't raw acres. Properties feature managed food plots, cattail sloughs, CRP grassland, creek bottoms, shelter belts, and tree rows. Stock dams and dugouts throughout. Some farms lean toward working agricultural land with enough unfarmed cover to hold birds. Others prioritize pheasant habitat first, crops second.
You book a farm based on your group size and what's available. Minimum groups range from solo to 20 hunters. Lodging options include on-site cabins, rental houses, or nearby hotels that allow dogs. Distance from lodging to the farm is posted for each property—some hunting starts steps from where you sleep, others are a short drive.
