Prairie Sky Ranch sits on land designed for hunting—thousands of potholes, native grassland, shelter belts, and sloughs that deliver the kind of hunting experience most people remember from decades past. Located at 44370 109th Street in Veblen, South Dakota, the ranch operates year-round across five distinct hunting seasons.

• •Pheasant Hunting – The ranch rejects the "march and shoot" approach. Hunts focus on tall grass, cattails, shelter belts, and sloughs with professional upland guides and high-quality pointing dogs. Your own dog is welcome. Group hunts stay private to your party only.

• •4 nights / 3 days: $2,499 per person

• •Waterfowl (Duck & Goose) – The ranch claims the title of "South Dakota's number one waterfowl camp." Proximity to Tewaukon and Sand Lake National Refuges puts hunters in the middle of annual migration routes. Guides hunt both potholes and fields with decoys and trained dogs.

The ranch's bison herd is registered with the Conservation Herd Registry in the North American Bison Registry. All classes of buffalo hunts offered year-round. • •Turkey Hunting – Fully guided and scouted by Prairie Sky field staff with a track record of high success rates during spring season.

• •Predator Hunting – Coyote hunts guided by predator experts using calls and decoys. A specialized, year-round opportunity. Call for rates.

The ranch offers a mix of rustic-meets-modern facilities across 4 cabins and lodge rooms.
