Nathan Mountain Outdoors specializes in guided Eastern wild turkey hunts across East Tennessee's prime habitat. Their hunts take place on private land near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville during Tennessee's spring season (April–May), with access to rolling hills, timber edges, and fields that Eastern gobblers prefer.

Hunts start before daylight with the goal of hearing that first gobble echo through the Appalachian hills. Guides use a flexible, condition-based approach:
