Academy of Personal Protection and Security (A.P.P.S.) is a veteran, law enforcement, and civilian-led training institution located at 2611 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, TN 37214. We specialize in professional firearm instruction for civilians, private security personnel, and law enforcement officers.

Our comprehensive facility includes: - Indoor shooting range with professional instruction stations - Virtual Simulator (V-Sim) range for scenario-based training - Classroom facilities for lecture-based instruction - State-of-the-art equipment and safety infrastructure

A.P.P.S. provides state-certified training courses including: - TN Enhanced Handgun Carry Permit courses - Armed and unarmed security guard certification and renewal - Beginner and advanced pistol training (Pistol 1 & 2) - Defensive pistol and self-defense courses - Women-focused programs: B.E.E.S Women's Self Defense Club and Women's Self Defense Classes - Active threat/school shooter response training - LEOSA H.R.218 law enforcement courses - Less lethal device certification - CPR/AED/First-Aid training - Private instruction and specialized corporate training (Realtor Mindset) - V-Sim shooting competitions and events
