Full description and what we offer
Breetting Texan Ranch operates 1,600 hunt-able acres in Olney, Texas (Young County), positioned less than 2 hours northwest of Dallas/Fort Worth. The family-owned operation launched in 2020 with a specific mission: preserve hunting heritage at prices the current generation can actually afford.
The ranch founders spent over a decade hunting internationally, harvesting more than 100 different species across five continents before establishing B-Tex. That experience translates into guided hunts with guaranteed shot opportunities and professional guides who know the land.
"Where you are treated as Family" — their actual tagline, and they back it up with a 4,000 sq.ft lodge, fully stocked bar, and hunts designed for families, corporate groups, or friend trips.
Whitetail Hunts: Trophy Texas whitetail in the Cross Timbers and Prairies region. Monster whitetail packages available for serious trophy hunters.
Exotic Game: Elk, Aoudad, Axis, Bison, Fallow Deer, various ram species (Snow Urial, Painted Desert Ram, Texas Dall Ram, Corsican Ram, Mouflon Ram, Black Hawaiian Ram, Texas Ibex), Nilgai, Red Stag, Scimitar Oryx, Pierre David Deer, and more. Not seeing what you want? They'll work with you to make it happen.
Ram Hunts: Dedicated ram hunting packages across multiple species.
Now Booking TV Show Hunts: Trekin Outdoors is filming 5 full episodes at B-Tex Ranch for broadcast on the Sportsman Channel and MY Outdoor TV. Spots are limited and selling fast.
B-Tex partners with Hunting with Soldiers (supporting combat-injured veterans) and Hunting for the Cure (a 501(c)(3) helping children with life-threatening conditions). They also work with Trinity Oaks Outdoors, a nonprofit using outdoor activities as a catalyst for positive change.
