Carlin Hunting Leases operates year-round hunting properties across five Texas counties southwest of the DFW metroplex. Founded by Bruce Carlin II, the outfit has grown from early ranch leasing into a second-generation operation focused on matching hunters with land that actually produces.

They price leases on game population, not raw acreage—meaning you're paying for huntable land, not just dirt. Family hunting is encouraged; they actively welcome wives and children to build the next generation of sportsmen.
