Eddie's Game Processing was founded by Eddie and Esther Eckols in 1974 and remains family-owned and operated. Over nearly five decades, they've built their reputation on relationships with customers who return year after year.
Eddie's handles meat processing and taxidermy under one roof. They process game year-round, including feral hogs, and take in donations when space allows.

Whole carcass processing ranges from $120-$165 for standard cuts, with per-pound options for larger game. Specialty sausages run $3.39-$7.39/lb depending on style. Most sausage products have a 25 lb. minimum to get your own meat back.
