Ever wondered how your choice of ammo ripples through the ecosystem? Join us for a live shooting demonstration — focused on lead-free hunting ammunition — where we bridge the gap between high-performance ballistics and wildlife conservation. The North American Lead-Free Partnership, along with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, will share insights and demonstrate the performance of lead-free and other modern hunting ammunition. We will be on hand to answer questions about terminal performance, the science behind reducing unintended lead ingestion by scavenging wildlife and opportunities for Utah hunters. Whether you’re a hunter, outdoor enthusiast or simply interested in wildlife conservation, this demonstration is a great opportunity to learn more about how hunting ammunition choices can help protect wildlife and support healthy ecosystems. Please bring your own eye and ear protection for this event. The event will take place on April 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kane County Public Shooting Range. Please carefully read through the Eventbrite page for more information and directions. Register today!
